  • Chapli kabab cut in strips half packet
  • Onions medium 2
  • Red pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Ginger paste 1tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Yogurt half cup
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Black pepper corns 1tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Clove ½ tsp
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Whole spice powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies cut in half 4
  • Oil half cup


Take a large wok adds oil, onions and cinnamon, cumin, clove, bay leave, cardamom and cook on medium heat till light golden brown.
Take out the onions on paper and blend the fried onions with yogurt and tomatoes fine paste.
Add onion mix in the wok, chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, and salt cook till the oil is oozing out.
Add the chapli kabab strips.
Add 1 ½ cup of water and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and chilies and serve hot with naan


  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Beetroot sliced ½kg
  • Red pepper powder 1-½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion sliced medium 2
  • Tomatoes chopped 4
  • Haldi 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Oil half cup



Take a large bowl add oil, cumin and onion fry for till light golden brown do not over cooked the onion.
Add meat in the wok fry for a minute add tomatoes sauté add ginger garlic paste, red pepper, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder add little water cook until oil is oozing out.
Now add beetroots cook for a while, add 2 cups of water or if you using beef or mutton add more water.
Cook for half an hour or until meat is tender.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies



  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • White drinks 2 glasses
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 1 cup


Blend all the ingredients in blender
Serve cold enjoy.


  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curd 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk 2-3 tsp

Take wheat flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, salt, cardamom powder in a bowl and mix nicely.
Add butter to the mixture and mix it with your fingertips. It will have crumbly texture.
Then add curd and mix well
Then few drops of milk and make a dough
Place butter sheet and roll the dough and shape them as you like with cookie cutters. If you find it difficult to roll the dough you can refrigerate for half an hour. I was able to roll the dough without any issues
Line the baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the biscuits
Preheat the oven to 175°c for 10 minutes.
Place the baking tray inside oven and bake in the same temperature for 12-15 minutes until it is crisp
Remove from the oven immediately and place it on wire rack
Serve with hot coffee.
