Chicken Achari Recipe

- Chicken 500 grams
- Small sized onion 1
- Garlic 2tsp
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Green chilies 6-8
- Murree brewery vinegar 2tbsp
- Ginger Julian 1tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic.
- Then add chicken and allow to more fry until chicken turns golden.
- Now add onion, tomatoes and nice masala achar gosht, allow cooking.
- Add 1 tbsp vinegar in 2tbsp nice achar goht masala and mix it.
- Then fill the vinegar mixture in green chilies.
- When chicken is tenderized and oil is on top surface then add ginger Julian and green chilies in chicken and allow to keep on simmer.
