Ingredients:
- Pizza Sauce 150 gm
- Chicken Cubes 250 gm
- Cheese 100 gm
- Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Olives as required
- Chopped Mushrooms as required
- Herb as required
- Garlic Powder as required
- Puff Pastry 500 gm
- Flour for rolling out dough
- Tomato cubes ½
- Onion cubes ½
- Capsicum ½
- Egg for brushing
Method:
- Roll the puff pastry and place it in mould.
- Now make a layer of red sauce.
- Then add chicken cut in cubes, cheese, black olives, mushrooms and herbs.
- Give it the shape of pie and bake on bake at 170°C in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Lastly dust with garlic powder and serve.
