Ingredients to marinate:
- Boneless chicken 400gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tikka masala 1tbsp
- Yogurt 2tbsp
- Oil 4tbsp
For rice:
- Boiled rice 2-1/2 cup
- Onion 1
- Ginger chopped 1tsp
- Green chilies 1tbsp
- Boiled green peas ¾ cup
- Chicken stock 1cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Coriander 2tbsp
Other ingredients:
- Coal 1
- Skewers as required
Method:
Add all the marination ingredients on chicken cubes and leave it for 2 to 3 hours , now add chicken in skewer and grill it , for rice heat oil add chopped onions , green chilies and ginger then fry it now mix rice in it , lastly add grill chicken and spring onions add stick chicken and coriander and serve .

- Whole spice 1tbsp
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Salt, black pepper as required
- Coriander powder 1tbsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Rose petals 2tbsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Cream 2tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt for 1 hour , now in a pan heat clarified butter add chopped onion, whole spice and fry , now add chicken and roast well . then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt , black pepper , coriander powder and dries rose petals , then mix cream and add 1 glass of water and cook well , lastly add rose petals and all spice and serve .
