Ingredients:

  • White Chickpeas (boiled) 1cup
  • Onions (chopped) 1
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 1
  • Cumin powder (roasted) 1tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
  • Mint (chopped) 1tbsp
  • Green coriander 2tbsp
  • Cucumber (chopped) 1
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
  • Olive oil 2tbsp
  • Ketchup 2tbsp

Method:
Mix every ingredient and serve it cold.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken finely chopped 300 gm
  • Onion finely chopped 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Boiled and chopped tomatoes 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Almonds ground 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander as required
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 2

Ingredients for oil tempering:

  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cardamoms 3-4
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Cinnamon 1 piece

Ingredients for Masala:

  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp

Method:
Heat oil add onion, cardamoms, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, and cloves cook. Add onion sauté well. add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin powder cook well. Marinate chicken 2 tbsp of yogurt, and masala cook. Add tandoori masala, all spice, almonds ground, salt, and fenugreek mix well. Add 4 tbsp of water simmer for 5 minute. Dish out, garnish with butter, green coriander and boiled eggs, serve.

Ingredient for base:

  • Biscuits crushed 2 cups
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Coconut grated 1 tbsp

Ingredients for filling:

  • Eggs 4
  • Coconut grated 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Yellow food color 2 pinch

Ingredients for garnish:

  • Whipped cream as required
  • Roasted coconut 2 tbsp

Method:
Mix butter and clarified butter in biscuits crumble and set on a pie dish. Blend all ingredient of filling in blender. Pour on ready base and cover with aluminum foil. Keep in pre heated oven at 160 C till it set and color comes. Set on room temperature and garnish with cream, roasted coconut.
