Ingredients for puff pastry:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Oil 25 ml
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 15 gm
  • Unipuff 200 gm

 

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Butter 100gm
  • Icing sugar 100 gm
  • Cheese 100 gm
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Coco powder 10 gm
  • Whipped cream 100 gm

 

 

Puff pastry Method :
Maida sugar oil or salt ko ak sath gondh kr dough bna le gy 30 minutes rest k bad unipuff ke filling kr k fold kr de 3 bar folding kr k cutting kren phir lambai me cutt kr k
Stic pr roll kr k bake kren gy 180c pr 20 minutes tak

 

Method:

Butter or sugar or cheese ko ak sath beat kren jb creamy ho jaey to coco powder or cinamon powder add kr de last me whipped cream add kr roll me filling kren

Ingredients for Buns:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Caster sugar 55 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 7 gm
  • Milk 90 ml
  • Butter milk 90 ml
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter 60 gm

 

Ingredients for coating :

  • Butter 60 gm
  • Caster sugar 50 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Flour 70 gm
  • Coffee 10 ml

 

Method:

Butter or sugar ko ak sath beat kren jb fulfuly ho jaey to us me salt coffee add kr de phir ak ka kr eggs add kr de last me maida add kr k piping bna kr buns ke cotting kr k 200c pr 15 minutes tak bake kren gy

Ingredients:

  • Plain chocolate 225 gm
  • Butter 125 gm
  • Caster sugar 350 gm
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Eggs separated 2
  • Sour cream 150 ml
  • Self raising flour 350 gm
  • Soda 1 tbsp

 

Ingredients for topping

  • Butter 100 gm
  • Chocolate 100 gm
  • Whipped cream 100 gm
  • Salt as required

Method:

Chocolate aur butter ko 150 ml water add karke melt karein,
Ab isme sugar, vanilla essence dalker ache se mix karke thanda karlein.

Egg yolks ko thande chocolate mixture mei beat karlein, ab isme sour cream, self raising flour, soda add karke spatula se mix kerlein. Egg whites ko beater se beat kerein fluffy honay tak, phir cake batter mei dalker fold kerlein, phir greased baking mould mei daldein.

. Ab isko bake karlein. Baking time 180° degree per 40 minutes k

Method :
Butter aur chocolate ko ek saath beat karein creamy ho jaey to whipped cream or salt add kerdein topping ready
