Ingredients:

Chicken fillets 4
Buttermilk 1 cup
Salt as required
White pepper ½ tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for coating:

Flour 1-1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Tomato slices as required
Onion slices as required
Cheese slices 4
Iceberg 4
Burger buns 4
Butter 2 tbsp

Method:
Marinate chicken fillet with buttermilk, salt, garlic powder and white pepper.
Mix all ingredients of coating. Mix chicken pieces with coating ingredients.
After 10 min fry till golden in color.. Apply butter on burger bun and roast. Add, iceberg, fry chicken, cheese slice. Place bun on top of it . serve hot.

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless 1 cup
Pineapple chunks 1 cup
Apple slice 1 cup
Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Cream 4 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
• In a mixing bowl chicken boneless, apple slice and pine apple chunks mix well.
• Now in mayonnaise, cream, salt, white pepper and lemon juice add and ready mixture for dressing.
• Finally after dressing cool serve.
