Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour and flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green Chilies 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp

 

Method:
Take a large bowl Make add flour salt and oil and knead for 5 minutes and cover for 15 minutes.
Make egg batter in a small bowl beat the eggs add onion, green chilies, and seasonings.
mix well set aside.
Take a dough ball and roll it make triangle Paratha.
Now on low flame cook the Paratha both side without oil
Slit the Paratha from between and fill the egg batter.
Now Brush the oil on paratha and fry on medium heat.
And cook for until golden brown.
Serve hot with tea.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Thick yogurt 1 cup
  • Onions 3 large
  • Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 3
  • Pepper corns 1 tsp
  • Cloves 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms 4
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • screwpine water 1 tsp
  • Dry whole red chili 10
  • Whole dried plums 5
  • Clarified butter or oil 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves crushed for garnish

Method:
Heat oil or ghee add onions and fry till golden, on high flame.
Take out onions on paper towel and set aside.
Add chicken and fry. Add cumin, whole spice and fry for a minute.
Then add ginger & garlic paste, red chili, salt fry on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add yogurt, water, dry chili mix cover and cook on medium flame till the oil or ghee comes on surface and chicken cooked completely, Add half cup of water.
Crushed the onions and add in Korma, cook for 15 minutes more.
Then add the kewra water, lemon juice, garam masala powder, mix well cover and simmer on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Sprinkle dry chilies and coriander leaves on top.

Ingredients:

  • Water 2 cups
  • Ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Tea 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon sticks 2
  • Cardamom 4
  • Nut Meg powder ½ tsp
  • Star anise 2
  • Sugar/jaggery 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Fennel seeds ¼ tsp
  • Milk ¾ cup (adjust to taste)
  • Few strands of Saffron (optional)

 

Method:
Take a pan add water boil it
Add the spices all the spices, sugar, tea and boil on low flame for 3 minutes.
Add milk and ginger, simmer for 5 minutes more and strain the tea and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • Meat ball ½ packet
  • Cheese cubes as required
  • Tomatoes cubes 8
  • Bell pepper cubes 8
  • Red onions cubes 8
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp

 

Method:

Thread it onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion, cooked chicken balls, tomatoes and cheese cubes.
Take a grill pan heats the oil and grill the skewers for 3 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy.
