Ingredients:

  • Split Bengal gram boiled 1 cup
  • Green lentil boiled ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chili big chopped 2 large
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men dono dalen or tamam ajza dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len or kabab ki shakal de ker 10 se 15 minutes kay liye fridge men rakh len phir karahi men oil garam ker kay kabab ko anday men dip ker kay fry ker len.

Ingredients:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chili big chopped 2

 

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko fry ker len. Phir namak, lal mirch, haldi or zeera dal ker bhoon len phir tomato dal ker dum per chor den jab tomato naram hojaen to hari mirchen or hara dhania dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len.

Ingredients:

  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Sweet soda ½ tsp
  • Water as required

 

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men aata dal ker tamam ajza or pani kay sath aata goondh len. Phir 10 minutes kay liye dough ko rest de len. Ab chotay chotay pairay bana ker mazeed 10 se 15 minutes chor ker chapatti bail ker taway per saik lain.

Ingredients:

  • Black lentil boiled 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 medium
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Water as required

Ingredients to temper:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 10 to 12
  • Green chili big slices 1 large

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko halka sa fry ker len phir lehsan dal ker sauté ker len. Ab dahi, salt, black pepper or zeera dal ker achi tarhan masalay ko bhoon len phir ubli huee daal shamil ker kay thora sa pani dal ker dum per chor den.
Ab ek pan men oil or butter ko garam ker kay garlic ko golden brown karen phir hari mich or green chili dal ker thor sa karkarean or dal per tarka laga den.
