  • Mutton 750 gm
  • Oil 1-1/2 cups
  • Onions 3
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Potatoes 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Water 4 cups
  • Nutmeg & mace 1 tsp
  • Screw pine essence 1 tbsp
  • Ginger & coriander for garnish
  • Cloves 2
  • Black pepper 12-14
  • Cinnamon stick 2
  • Cardamom 4
  • Bay leaves 1-2 leaves

For Marinade:

  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt & red pepper to taste
  • Ground coriander 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 2 tsp

Marinate meat of choice for 1 hr prior to cooking
Sufficiently heat up a large casserole with oil, add sliced onions, sear until golden brown (13-15 min) – remove fried onions from the oil, set aside
Now, on medium, add whole spice to the hot oil – stir 5-6 min.
Add marinated meat to spice-infused oil. Sear thoroughly
**meanwhile, in a food processor make a paste of fried onions with yogurt
Add the paste to the casserole and sear for 7 min
Next, add nutmeg/mace and water, bring it to a boil, cover and bring the flame to medium-low and let it sit for 30 min or until meat tenderizes
Add potato & green chilies, cover, and leave for 15 min
Lastly, add screw pine water and evaporate on high flame for 5-7 min.
Dish out and garnish with sliced garlic and coriander
Serve with roghni naan/ paratha – roti of choice


  • Salted crackers 6 pc
  • Marinara sauce 6 tbsp
  • Chicken chunks
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup



1. preheat 250 C
2. arrange crackers on a lined baking tray
3. spread marinara evenly, followed by, onions, capsicum, chicken chunks, and cheese
4. bake for 8-9 mins
5. serve warm


  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
  • Piping bag 1
  • Star nozzle medium-sized
  • Optional Condiments:
  • Chocolate sauce as required
  • Salted caramel as required

in a saucepan, add everything except maida and eggs
stir until combined and bring to a gentle simmer
add maida and mix well, remove from heat and mix until no lumps are left
return to heat mix until dough is formed, transfer dough to a bowl let it cool down a bit
crack in eggs, one at a time- mix by hands or electric beaters
grab a piping bag fitted w a star nozzle, transfer choux paste to the bag
for frying:
heat up oil in a pan for deep frying
pipe out churros over the oil cut the strip to bite-sized churros
fry until golden brown
set aside

in a dessert bowl add churros to the base
drizzle generously w chocolate sauce
next, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream followed by a salted caramel drizzle
finish w desired garnishes


  • Water 4 cups
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 inch piece
  • Mint leaves 4 sprigs
  • Honey 6 tbsp
  • Husk 2 tsp
  • Ice as needed

Add husk to 1/2 cup of water, set aside
In a small pot add remaining water and bring to a gentle simmer and add mint leaves and ginger cover and remove from the heat, let it infuse on the side for 10 min
Now add honey, stir and pour into the glasses with ice
Lastly, add lemon juice and husk mix
serve chilled
