Garlic Butter Naan is a classic desi dish that we all must learn to master. It tastes wonderful with desi dishes and some raita.

Naan ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Brushing ingredients:
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander as required

 

 

Method:
In Flour all ingredients mix .Now add water and knead with hand and leave for 1 hour .after this add butter and crushed garlic and green coriander mix .after this flour and batter make balls and 15 minutes minutes covered .now roll out and brush with butter .then cook on oven or hot plate then serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Bread slices 1
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • White pepper ¾ tsp
  • All spices powder ¾ tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Karahi ingredients:
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Tomato slices 2
  • Onion 2
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green coriander for garnishing

For Oil tempering:

  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Long cut green chilies 2-3
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp

Method:
All kabab ingredients mix and grind .now make small kabab make and fry in oil .then in a woke heat oil and fry onion,tomatoes slices and green chilies spread and then place kabab and then on high heat fry tomatoes and then dish out .for tempering heat oil and long cut green chilies and crushed garlic fry and then do the oil tempering .Finally garnish with green coriander and serve .

Ingredients:

  • White chickpeas (boiled) 2 cups
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt, chili, turmeric as required
  • All spices powder for garnish

For Makhani Masala:

  • Tomato 1 large
  • Medium onion 1
  • Cashew nuts 8-10
  • White pepper ¾ tsp
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Black pepper 6-8
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp

Method:
All makhani masala mix and grind well. now heat oil and butter then add all spices and salt, chili, turmeric mix and roast. after this white boil chickpeas and half cup of water mix and cook, finally remove then garnish with green coriander and all spices.
