Ingredients:

Chicken minced ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Fried onion 4 tbsp
All spice powder ¾ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Mace nutmeg powder ½ tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Smoke for coal

Ingredients for Serving:

Onion to serve
Tomatoes to serve
Green chilies to serve
Green coriander to serve

Method:
Mix all ingredients in chicken minced except oil, grind well keep aside. Make kabab fry well, give a smoke of coal. Heat sizzler add onion, tomatoes and green chilies. Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, kabab serve.

Ingredients of Vindaloo Paste:

Whole red chili 10-12
Cayenne pepper whole 2
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic cloves 6-8
Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
Green cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1piece
Black pepper 6-8
Cumin 1tsp
Vinegar 1/2cup
Brown sugar 1tsp
Onion 1 cup

Vegetable ingredients:

Potato (boiled) 250gm
Pea (boiled) 2cup
Carrot (boiled) 1cup
Cauliflower (boiled) 1cup
Fresh coriander, green chili as required
Oil 3/4cup
Garlic (chopped) 1tsp

Method:
In a pan take all the vindaloo paste ingredients and set it on medium flame for 10mins. Mash it when it cools down. Now heat oil in a pan and fry garlic cloves. now add 4-5 tbsp of vindaloo paste and let it cook . Then take all the vegetables and a half cup of water and set it for simmering. Lastly mix coriander and green chili and serve it hot.
