Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Kasori methi 2 tsp
  • Spinach ½ kg washed and chopped
  • Green chilies 6
  • Tomato 1
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 10
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup

Methods

  1. Put chopped spinach with green chilies, coriander, mint, fenugreek leaves and tomatoes and blanched for 5 minutes then blend, heat oil in a pan
  2. Add brown onion, ginger garlic paste, mutton and all the dry seasonings, fry well
  3. Add yogurt, fry well
  4. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton nearly tender
  5. Add your blended spinach mixture, cover again and cook till done
  6. Lastly add milk and kasori methi
  7. Fry well and remove.
