  • Beef mince 400 gm
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 inch piece chopped
  • Green chilies 6 chopped
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp whole
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 2 small
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Millet flour 6 tbsp
  • Wheat flour 4 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds crushed 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Mint leaves chopped ¼ cup
  • Oil as required
  • Mini hotdog buns 6
  • Kachumber 1 cup
  • Chutney to spread


Grind together ginger garlic, green chilies, black pepper, fennel seeds, cumin very well without water, add 1 tbsp water if required, add this grinded masala to the mince, grind again, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, salt, egg, millet flour, wheat flour, crushed coriander, spring onion, coriander, mint and lemon juice, mix and marinate for 30 mins, deep fry small balls, if kebabs are breaking add a slice of bread. To assemble Cut mini hotdog buns from center, heat, apply with chutney, then prepared kachumber, put 3 to 4 kabab, serve with some more chutney.


  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Capsicum 1 small
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Peas boiled ½ cup
  • Dill chopped 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp



Grind together ginger garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves and capsicum, keep aside. In a wok, heat ½ cup oil, ad cumin seeds, chopped onion, fry till golden, add chopped tomatoes and grinded green masala, fry well, ad all the dry spices with mince and green peas, add ½ cup yogurt, cover and cook till mince tender, if require add ½ cup water, lastly add soya, coriander leaves, leave it on dum till oil comes on top serve hot with karak pav.


  • Chicken ½ kg (10 pcs)
  • Rice soaked 2 cups
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 6
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coal to smoke



Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, fry for 5 mins, add stock cube, tandoori masala, chicken, fry for 5 mins, add yogurt, fry well, add chili powder, green chilies with 4 cups water, cover and cook till chicken nearly done, add the soaked rice, cover and cook for 5 mins on high, then lower the flame, leave it on dum till chicken and rice done. Lastly add chopped coriander give smoke of coal , serve hot with raita.


  • Dates as required
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Husk 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 1 cup


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour it into serving glasses and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top. Serve.
