Ingredients:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt 1 -1/2 cup
  • Onion 1 medium size
  • Food color 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Whole all spice as required
  • Screw pine essence 1 teaspoon
  • Rice 750g
  • Salt 3 tablespoon
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Cardamoms 1/2
  • Water 3 liter

Ingredients for Chutney:

  • Whole garlic 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Chili flaxes 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Water 3 table spoon

Method:
Mix food color and yogurt mix well. Add salt and mutton marinate for 30 minute. In separate pan add chopped onion fry well. Add whole spices and ginger garlic paste cook well. Add marinated mutton mix well, also add marinated paste. Add 2 glass of water cook. When gravy becomes thick turn off the flame. In large skillet add 3 liters of water with salt, bay leaves and cardamom boil well. Add rice cook till 80% done. Sieve water layer of rice on mutton. Add screw pine essence leave for 8 to 10 minute. For chutney blend all ingredients in blender, serve with pulao.

Ingredients:

  • Meat balls ½ packet
  • Almond 20
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coconut crushed 2 tbsp
  • Milk half cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Whole all spice as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Brown onion as required

Method:
In blender add almonds, poppy seeds, coconut powder and milk blend well. Heat oil add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste, garlic powder, red chili powder, nutmeg mace, coriander powder and cardamom powder cook for 1 minute add almond mixture. Blend fried onion in yogurt mix well. Add 1 cup of water with meat balls cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Add screw pine essence cook.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt half kg
  • Gram flour 6 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Water 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Fenugreek half tsp
  • Onions chopped 1
  • Curry leaves 6-8
  • Water 4-6 cups

Fritter Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 2 cup
  • Water 2 cup
  • Roasted spice 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander 1 tbsp
  • Fish boneless 12-14 pieces
  • Oil for fry

For Tempering:

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Minced garlic 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 6 piece
  • Curry leaves 6-8
  • Whole green chilies 4 pieces

 

 

Method:
For Kadhi, mix gram flour, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and water mix well and form into lassi. Heat oil add fenugreek and onion sauté well. Add curry leaves and lassi mixture with 5 cup of water cook for 30 to 35 minute leave for simmer. For fish fritters mix all ingredients keep for 10 minutes. Fry in hot oil and pour on kadhi. For tempering heat oil add minced garlic, whole red chilies and green chilies fry well. Pour on kadhi and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet ball 1/3 cup
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits 1 tbsp

Method:
Blend all ingredients well.
