  • Taro root 500 gram
  • Green chilies 2
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Red chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Raw mango powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup



Peel arvi and boil them, press slightly and deep fry well. Heat oil add carom seeds, curry leaves fry well. When fragrance comes add all spices and water. Add spice cook. Add arvi, green chili cook. When spice coat with arvi remove and garnish with green coriander.


  • Plain flour 4 tbsp
  • Chicken thighs 500 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Onions sliced 2
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves
  • Tomato purée 1 cup
  • Basil few leaves
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves handful
  • Salt to taste
    Black pepper ground to taste
    Mashed potatoes to serve



Apply salt, black pepper, flour, egg and breadcrumbs, fry well. Add onion, chicken stock, sugar, soya sauce cook. Add egg. Add cooked rice and chicken. Garnish with green onion and serve.
