Lagan Boti by Shireen Anwar recipe by Shireen Anwar is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Masala Mornings” on Masala TV only.

Ingredients:

  • Undercut Beef (cubed) half kg
  • Ginger garlic and papaya 1 tbsp each
  • Allspice and chili powder 1 tsp each
  • Roasted and crush cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram 1 tbsp grinded
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp grinded
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Brown onion (ground) 2 tbsp
  • French Fries 1 cup
  • Frozen peas 1 cup

Method:

1. Marinate your undercut boties for all the given ingredients for 1 hour.
2. Heat oil in a lagan spread boties and cooks on low fire cover till tender.
3. Serve with onion rings coriander leaf French fries and boil peas.
