Ingredients for Base:

  • Biscuits crushed 2 ½ cups
  • Butter 4 ounce

Ingredients for Filing:

  • Mango pulp 1 cup
  • Cream cheese 200 gm
  • Whipped cream 1 ½ cup
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp heaped
  • Chopped mango 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 4 ounce
  • Mango juice ¼ cup

 

METHOD FOR BASE:

Melt butter in a sauce pan, mix in the crushed biscuits, line a 8 inches pie dish, press firmly, bake for 10 mins on 190 D, remove and cool.

METHOD FOR FILLING:

Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup mango juice, keep aside. Beat cream cheese, add chilled mango pulp with 4 ounce caster sugar, fold in whipped cream and dissolved gelatin, and mix well. Lastly fold in mango cubes, pour over the biscuit base, chill until set about 2 hours, garnish with swirls of fresh cream and mango cubes.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton mince ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes chopperized 3
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Green chilies 3 chopped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 2 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander and mint chopped 2 tbsp each
  • Ginger julienne 2tbsp

 

METHOD:

Heat ½ cup oil in a handi, add ginger garlic paste, fry for 5 mins, add chopperized tomatoes, fry well for 10mins, add chopped green chilies and mince, fry well for 5 mins, all the dry spices with yogurt, fry well, cover and cook for 10 mins, add cream.Lastly add chopped greens, ginger julienne, remove, serve with nan.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
  • Oil ½ cup + ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tspheaped
  • Capsicum 1 sliced
  • Onion 1 cut into rings and then halves
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • Cream 200 gm tetra pack
  • Cheese cubes 2 + 1 for garnish
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp heaped
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Allspice ¼ tsp

 

METHOD:

Heat ½ cup oil in a wok, add chicken tikka boti, fry for 5 mins, take out oil and keep aside. Heat handi, add ½ cup oil with ginger garlic paste, fry, add onion and capsicum sliced, fry for 2 mins, add fried chicken and cheddar cheese grated and 1 packet of cream, cook for 2 to 3 mins. Lastly add cream cheese cubes with milk, salt, chicken powder, both the peppers, allspice, then close flame, remove. Serve garnished with extra cream cheese cubes.
