  • Chicken Breast 2
  • Sambal Olek Sauce 2 tbsp
  • cream 100g
  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Oregano 1\2 tsp
  • Parsley 1\2
  • Garlic Chopped 2 tsp
  • onion chopped 1
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 stick
  • Chilli tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  • Basil 1 pinch
  • White pepper 1 pinch
  • Mashed potatoes 1 cup

• Pan sear seasoned chicken on a hot skillet or BAKE for 3 min on each side
• Add in butter, Garlic, shallots finely chopped till translucent, add in sambal olek, chilli sauce, cream and milk
• Now add the seasonings, Chicken powder, oregano and basil with white p and salt to taste.
• Set chicken on a platter with mashed potatoes or rice, pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish it with parsley.


  • Butter (Melted) 226gm
  • Brown Sugar 400 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Corn Syrup 30 grams
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Flour 256 gm
  • Dark\Milk Chocolate 250gm

1. Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar, once mixed add corn syrup and Eggs. Now add flour vanilla and salt.
2. Mix it nicely till just mixed and don’t over mix.
3. Add in 200gms of chocolate into the batter and pour the batter into a square pan lined with butter paper at the bottom only.
4. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top.
5. Bake for 20-25 mins at 160c
