Ingredients:

  • Fish (cubed) ½ kg
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 5 cloves
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ground cumin ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
  • Bell pepper (cubed) 2
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Onion 1

 

Method:
Mix all ingredients and keep aside. Then put them in skewers and grill it.

Ingredients:

  • Tomato chili sauce 2 cups
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Chopped bell pepper 1
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Ground cumin 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Spinach 5 cups
  • Cooked black beans 1-½ cups
  • Shredded cheese 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Tortillas 8
  • Chopped coriander handful

 

Method:
Saute onion in oil then add cauliflower, cumin, salt, black pepper, cinnamon and cook when cauliflower gets soft then add spinach and cook. Now add black beans and ½ cup cheese and mix. Stuff tortillas with filling then put sauce in grease oven proof platter then arrange tortillas roll again add sauce, remaining cheese and bake till it gets golden. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
