  • Mutton 1kg
  • Biryani masala ½ packet
  • Brown onions 1cup
  • Tomatoes sliced ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1-½ cup
  • Green masala ground as required
  • Chili powder 2tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 2tsp
  • All spice 1-1/2 tsp
  • Whole spice 1tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Potatoes half fried 250gm
  • Mace ground ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg ground ½ tsp
  • Cardamom ground ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Mint leaves 15-20 leaves

Ingredients for rice:

  • Rice boiled 750gm
  • Whole spice 1tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Lemon 1
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Orange color ½ tsp
  • Clarified butter 4tbsp


Boil Mutton with 2 cups of water with whole spices till nearly done, now in a pot put ½ cup oil with fried onions, add whole spice with sliced tomatoes cook on medium flame till tomatoes soft. Add all spices, ginger garlic, yogurt potatoes, add all the spices let it cook, add in the boil Mutton with brown onions, mace, nutmeg cardamom mix all well . now spread the boil rice in pot tip of chicken mixture sprinkle saffron and orange color add mint , green chilies top with clarified butter simmer 30 min on low flame mix and serve .


  • Mutton cut in pieces ½ kg
  • Green chilies 8
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion chopped 1cup
  • Tomatoes sliced 3
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 2tsp
  • Roasted Cumin 2tsp
  • Yellow lentil soaked ¼ cup
  • Coconut milk 1cup


Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions fry till soft , now add sliced tomatoes , ginger garlic paste ,ground green chilies turmeric , salt and mutton mix well add 1 cup water cover cook till mutton half done . now add all spice powder , black pepper , coriander , cumin and soaked daal chana , continue to cook till medium heat till daal cook , lastly add coconut milk simmer till done , garnish with green chilies and serve hot .


  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Gelatin dissolved 2 tbsp
  • Mangoes ½ cup
  • Yogurt 3 cups
  • Cream whipped 1 ½ cup
  • Strawberry essence ½ tsp
  • Egg whites 2 beaten

Ingredients for mango glaze

  • Water 1 cup
  • Mango jelly 1 packet



Dissolve gelatin in ½ cup water, add to it Mango, beat condensed milk, essence and hung curd in a bowl till creamy, add in the gelatin and Mango, mix and keep in the freezer for 20 mins till slightly thick, remove from freezer, beat till smooth, add 2 tbsp mango glaze and mix slightly, beat white stiff and fold in also fold in the whipped cream, pour mixture in the individual jars, chill until set for 2 hours, serve garnished with swirls of fresh cream and Mango glaze.
