INGREDIENTS:

  • Whole wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Fenugreek Leaves 2 cups (chopped)
  • Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ⅛ tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic Paste 1tsp
  • Green Chilli 2 (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Carom 1tsp
  • Clarified butter for frying

 

METHOD:
In a flour add all the ingredients and mix well. Then add water accordingly and knead well. Allow it to rest. Now make balls out of it and fry in a hot clarified butter and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Garlic 2
  • Green chili 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup

 

METHOD:
Heat oil add cumin and garlic. Then add fenugreek leaves and cook on a high flame. Now add green chili and salt. Mix well, allow it to cool down. Then add yogurt and lemon juice. Mix and serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rice 2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight) 4 tbsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Black peppercorns 6-8
  • Green chili 2
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Water 4 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

METHOD:
In a wok heat clarified butter and fry the onions. Then add cinnamon, green cardamoms and black peppercorns, sauté well. Now add ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Cook well. Then add soaked fenugreek seeds, rice and water. Season with salt and cook the rice for a while. Then cover and cook well. Serve hot.
