  • Biscuits crushed 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup
  • Creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup
  • Powder sugar 1/2 cup

For chocolate Layer:

  • Chocolate peanut butter 1/2 cup
  • Creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup

Add peanut butter, sugar and melted butter along with biscuits into chopper and process until completely combined and the mixture holds together. Slightly grease a square pan and line with parchment paper, Spread the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan and press with the back of the spoon to create a smooth surface. Mix chocolate layer Ingredients and stir until smooth. Spread the chocolate over peanut butter layer. Add teaspoons of melted peanut butter on top and with a knife create swirls on the surface. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Let it sit 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting.


  • Beef 500gms
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Clarified butter 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom 2-3
  • Cumin ½tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 pinch
  • Mace 1 pinch
  • Fried onion 2
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Black pepper corns ½ tsp
  • Cloves 3
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Screw pine ½ tbsp
  • Ginger julienne for garnishing


In bowl add beef mix chicken, ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder, coriander and half screw pine mix well. In pot, add clarified butter then bay leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, cloves, cardamom and mix. Now add marinated beef and mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes. Then add fried onion and yogurt, water, mix and bring it to boil, cover and cook on low flame until tender. Then add screw pine water nutmeg mace and mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes finally add ginger & serve!


  • Medium cucumber 1
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 6-8
  • Lime juice 3 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Water (chilled) 3 cups
  • Lime rings for garnishing
  • Cucumber slices for garnishing
  • Mint leaves for garnishing


Add the chopped cucumber to a blender along with sugar, mint leaves, and 1 cup of water. Strain the mixture Add lime juice, black salt, and remaining water in the cucumber juice. Take 2 glasses and add one thin slice of cucumber to each glass. Add a few ice cubes to each glass. Pour the drink into the glasses. Garnish with lime ring and mint leaves. Serve
