  • Biscuits crushed 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup
  • Creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • For chocolate Layer:
  • Chocolate peanut butter 1/2 cup
  • Creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup


Add peanut butter, sugar and melted butter along with biscuits into chopper and process until completely combined and the mixture holds together. Slightly grease a square pan and line with parchment paper, Spread the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan and press with the back of the spoon to create a smooth surface. Mix chocolate layer Ingredients and stir until smooth. Spread the chocolate over peanut butter layer. Add teaspoons of melted peanut butter on top and with a knife create swirls on the surface. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Let it sit 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting.


  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onion (golden) 1
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Lemons 4
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Soaked plums 3-4
  • Food color 1 pinch
  • Screw pine essence 2 tbsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp



Grind half golden onion with half yogurt. Add food color, screw pine essence and one lemon in half yogurt. Cut tomato, lemon, coriander and mint leaves. Now fry potato with 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch red chili. In same oil add 2 tomatoes and cook. Then add whole all spice, chicken, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilies, turmeric, coriander, grinded yogurt and onion and cook until chicken gets tender. Then add plums and potatoes. Now give rice layer with golden onion, qorma, green masala, colored yogurt, lemons, green chilies and whole all spices and simmer and serve.

  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chili 1
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp


In a bowl whisk yogurt, add salt, black pepper, mint leaves, green chili and crushed garlic. Mix well and serve.
