For Dough:

  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Millet Flour 1/2 cup
  • Barley flour 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds ` 1 tbsp
  • Lukewarm Water as required
  • Dry yeast 1 sachet
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1tsp

Ingredients for topping:

  • Homemade Pizza Sauce 1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Mushrooms sliced 10
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum, thinly sliced 1
  • Olives ¼ cup
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper as needed


preheat the oven to 220 C

In a large bowl; add in the whole wheat flour, millet flour, barley flour, sesame seeds, oil, sugar instant dry yeast and some salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients together. Next slowly add in the warm water and knead until all the flour is combined. Coat the dough with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place until doubled in size, about 2 hours. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a wok, add in the bell peppers, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms. Sprinkle some salt and stir fry on high heat until lightly softened. Once done turn off the heat. Roll out the pizza dough Place the rolled pizza onto the pan Next layer the pizza with sauce and roasted vegetables and finally the cheese and oregano. Place the pizza in the oven and bake until you notice the crust is beginning to brown and the cheese is bubbling. About12 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients for boti:

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg (2 inch cubes)
  • Green chilies (grind) 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


For sizzling platter:

  • Rice to serve
  • Veg’s to serve
  • Cabbage leaves to serve



In a bowl marinate chicken cubes with all ingredients for 2 hours, put on skewers, BBQ until nearly done. Brush with remaining marinade and BBQ for another 5 minutes brushing with oil until done. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté mix vegs for 2 minutes on a high flame. Heat a sizzler plate till it is very hot and place it on the wooden plate. Drizzle oil on the plate and arrange cabbage leaves on it. Arrange the chicken boti, rice and stir-fried vegetables in different parts of the plate. Serve sizzling hot.


  • Flour 2 cups
  • Water as required
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste


In a bowl salt, 1 tbsp clarified butter Mix well. Then in another bowl add flour and knead the dough well with water. Now spread the rotiand prepare the paratha. Now heat clarified butter and fry it well. Serve hot.
