Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken (2-inch pcs and flattened) 2 breasts
  • Marinate with ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp,
  • Burger buns 4 or 6
  • Mozzarella sauce 1 cup
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Tomato cut in julienne 1
  • Red chili flakes for sprinkling
  • Oregano for topping
  • Mushrooms for topping
  • Olives for topping

METHOD

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, tandoori masala for half an hour, then shallow fry the chicken.

TO ASSEMBLE

Cut burger buns into halves, heat it, apply pizza sauce, cheese, fried chicken, onion, capsicum, tomato sliced, then spread with mayo sauce, again cheese, sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes, mushrooms and olives, bake for 10 mins till cheese melts, serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • Chicken legs 1 kg
  • Peri peri masala 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Orange food color ¼ tsp
  • Thick yogurt 4 tbsp

METHOD

Marinate legs with peri peri masala, turmeric, yogurt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander and mint leaves, tandoori masala, color, mix it well, leave it for 2 hours. Heat wok, add ¼ cup oil, add marinated legs, cook till tender and dry, give dum of coal, serve with fries and coleslaw salad.
