Ingredients to marinate

  • Chicken breast Cut in cubes 500 gm
  • Hung curd ½ cup
  • Black cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts ground 10
  • Allspice powder ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter for brushing
  • Sambal oleak 1tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 2tbsp

Ingredients for salad:

  • Salad dressing 2tbsp
  • Onion cut into rings 1
  • Carrot grated ½
  • Cucumber cut into moon slices ½
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp

Method:
marinate chicken cubes with all the given spices, leave it for marinate for 2 hours, put chicken cubes on skewers, roast in a moderate oven for 20 mins brushing with ghee in between, serve hot with salad and chatni.

 

Method for salad

Mix all together, serve with murg anmol moti.

Ingredients:

  • Sesame seeds roasted 3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves ½ cup
  • Green chilies 3
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water as required
  • Sambal oleak 2tbsp

 

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a grinder except onion, make a smooth paste, add finely chopped onion to the paste before serving.

Ingredients:

  • Mince half kg
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion (chopped)1
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala ½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves as required
  • Green Chilies as required
  • Bread (sliced) 1 soaked in water
  • Egg 1

Ingredients For Sauce:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Tomato Puree ½ cup
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala ½ tsp
  • Sambal Oleak 1 tbsp
  • Siracha Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cream (for garnish) 2 tbsp

Method For Kabab:
Put all the ingredients in chopper and grind into a smooth paste, make into a kababs, keep a side.

Method for Sauce:
Heat oil add all the ingredients under sauce with half cupwater cook for 5 mins, add kababs, cooks for 10 mins, garnish with chopped coriander and drizzle of cream.
