  • Chicken pieces ½ kg
  • Chickpeas 1cup boiled
  • Chickpeas water 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Brown onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Whole all spices 1tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • All spice powder 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • Julienne ginger 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon for garnish



In wok heat oil add whole all spices, chicken and ginger garlic paste, cook well. Then add tomatoes, brown onions, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and coriander powder. Cook well. Now add boiled chickpeas and its water. Mix well. Then add all spice powder and julienne ginger. Cover and cook well. Lastly serve hot with lemon and brown onions.

  • Spring Onions 2 cup chopped
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Green chili 1 chopped
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice to serve



Separate the bulb and greens of spring onion, chop both finely. Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin and the spring onion white part(bulb). Sauté, add the potatoes and stir. After a few minutes , add turmeric,salt,chili powder, tomatoes,green chili and cook for a while,switch off the flame when potatoes are done add all spice powder and green part of spring onion and serve hot. Goes well with rice.
