Ingredients:

  • Mushroom sliced 2 tins
  • Onion cubed 1 cup
  • Green capsicum cubed 1 cup
  • Tomatoes cubed 1 cup
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Dry red whole chili 2
  • Whole Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice Powder 1/2 tsp

 

Method:
Over medium high heat add oil in a pan. Throw in the whole cumin seeds, dry red chilies and the bay leaves. Allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
Now, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until they just begin to turn mushy. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell completely
Add all the dry spices except the garam masala powder. Sauté until they are nicely roasted and oil begins to leave the sides of the pan, add the tomato paste and give everything a very good mix. Add the diced mushrooms and mix them gently along with the Bhuna masala in the pan. Add the onion squares and the green capsicums and give everything a very good mix. After 5 mins open the lid and add the garam masala, the dried fenugreek Give everything a very good mix. And serve hot. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 1/2 kg

For Seasoning:

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Honey Barbecue Sauce:
  • Unsalted butter 2 tbsp
  • Barbecue sauce 1/2 cup
  • Honey 1/4 cup
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Rice to serve

Method:
In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, chili powder, paprika and garlic powder.
Place all the chicken wings in a medium bowl, then sprinkle on seasoning blend. toss the wings and coat the wings. Then cooked them on low flame in their own juices. For sauce Add the unsalted butter to a medium saucepan add the BBQ sauce, honey and ketchup. Stir to combine, then allow to come to a simmer. For about 5 minutes. Add cooked wings into Honey BBQ Sauce, toss the wings until they’re completely coated in the sauce. Cook for another 7-8 minutes, until sauce is bubbling and has caramelized. then transfer to a serving platter. Enjoy!
