Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast 120 gm
  • Mushroom 1 tin
  • Mustard 5 gm
  • Salt 5 gm
  • Lemon juice 20 ml
  • Ginger garlic paste 10 gm
  • Parsley 10 gm
  • Olive oil or Butter 20 gm
  • Spinach Sauce
  • Boiled Spinach 200 gm
  • Crushed black Pepper2 gm
  • Chopped Garlic 2 gm
  • Chopped Parsley 5 gm
  • Cooking Cream 100 ml

Method:
Make chicken breast pocket and marinate with mustard, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and parsley and ginger garlic paste. Stuffed mushroom and butter.
Method of Spinach Sauce:
Blend spinach with cream, spinach, salt and black pepper in blender. Add butter and garlic sauté well and make puree.
Garnish with Fried Celery and Cherry Tomato

Ingredients:

  • Onion 200 gm
  • Tomatoes 100 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 25 gm
  • Red chili 5 gm
  • Kofta masala 5 gm
  • Green chili 5 gm
  • Green coriander 5 gm
  • Lemon 1
  • Yogurt 100 gm
  • Salt 2 gm
  • Meatballs 1 packet
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Mint 5 gm

Method:
Boil onion and tomato together. Remove onion and tomatoes blended separately. In a pan add butter then add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add meatballs, salt, mint, green chilies, green coriander and yogurt mix well. Cover and cook well.
Garnish with green coriander, butter and lemon, serve.

Ingredients:

  • Red Snapper 1-1/2kg
  • Roasted Cumin 100 gm
  • Crushed black Pepper 5 gm
  • Salt 5 gm
  • Lemon Juice 20 ml
  • Ginger garlic paste 10 gm
  • Parsley 10 gm
  • Olive Oil or Butter 20 gm
  • Saffron Sauce
  • Cream 100 ml
  • Lemon Juice 20 ml
  • Crushed black Pepper 2 gm
  • Chopped Garlic 2 gm
  • Chopped Parsley 5 gm

Method:
Marinate the Fish with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, cumin, salt, parsley, and pepper & leave for half an hour. Keep in non stick pan and cook with butter or olive oil.
Method of Saffron Sauce:
Reduce lemon juice in a pan and add butter and cream and seasoning with salt and pepper, use chopped parsley as garnish

  • Colored Capsicum 150 gm
  • Tomato 50 gm
  • Onion 50 gm
  • Basil 10 gm
  • Iceberg or Lettuce 100 gm
  • Lemon Juice 5 ml
  • Olive Oil 20 ml
  • Feta Cheese 30 gm
  • Vinegar 5 ml
  • Salt 2 gm
  • Black and green olives 20 gm
  • Black pepper 2 gm
  • Bread croutons 10 gm

 

Method:
In a bowl, mix olive oil and chopped vegetables. Add vinegar, salt, black pepper, basil and lemon juice mix well. Add feta cheese and bread croutons mix well and serve.
