Ingredients:
For patties:
- Ground beef 300gm
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped onion ` 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1tsp
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Other ingredients:
- Butter 2 tsp
- Mushrooms Sliced 1 can
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Shredded cheese 4 tbsp
- Buns 2
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of patties and divide into 2set aside. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and soy sauce; cook and stir until browned. Set aside and keep warm. Cook the patties until cooked through. Divide the mushroom mixture evenly amongst the burgers and top each one with cheese. Cover the pan for about 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt. Remove from the grill and serve on buns.
Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Oil ½ cup
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Cream ½ packet
- Yogurt 1/2cup
- Butter chicken masala 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Sliced onion 1 (large)
- Butter chicken masala as required
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and fry for a minute. Then add chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add the Butter chicken masala and remaining ingredients, mix well and cook on high heat for 15 minutes then add butter and Serve hot.
