Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 ½ kg
  • Eggs (boiled) 6
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Red chilies (long) 10
  • Onions 2
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 375 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Chicken stock 2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup

 

 

Method:
Chop the spinach and wash it well. Then add chicken stock and boil it well. Once the spinach’s water gets dry, cook it properly. Now heat oil and fry cumin and long red chilies. Then add onions and fry well. Now add red chili powder, ginger garlic, salt, tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and all spice powder. Cook well. Now add spinach and cook on a high flame. Once the water gets dry add boiled eggs. Lastly add green chilies and serve hot.

  • Fish (fillets) 1 packet
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

 

Method:
In the fish add turmeric powder, salt, garlic paste, carom seeds and lemon juice. Marinate it for about half an hour. Then in a chopper add onions, tomatoes, crushed coriander seeds and crushed cumin. Grind it well. Now in the tawa pan heat oil and add red chili flakes, fenugreek leaves, salt, ginger garlic, turmeric and grinded spices. Cook on a high flame. Once the oil comes up add marinated fish. Lastly add green chili, fresh coriander, all spice powder, chaat masala and butter. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
