  • Boiled Green Gram 1-1/2 cup
  • Spinach 2 cups
  • Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mango Powder 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida 2 pinch
  • Achaar Masala 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes ½ cup
  • Crushed Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter ½ cup


Wash Green Gram and Soak in Water. Heat Clarified Butter Fry Onion And Ginger Garlic Then Add Cut Tomatoes And Sauté Well Now Add Spinach And Mix. Then Add Green Gram With 1 Cup Water And Let It Cook. When Spinach Got Mixed Then Add Achaar Masala, Lemon Juice, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Salt And Mango Powder And Cook For Another 10 Minutes Till It Gets Thick And Take Out In Dish. Now Heat Clarified Butter Add Asafoetida And Give Sizzling Effect Then Garnish With Green Coriander.


  • Rice ½ kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Bay Leaf 1
  • Chicken Stock ¾ cup
  • Corn 2 cups
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Mix all spice 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg, Mace Powder ½ tsp


Heat oil add onion and fry.
Add ginger garlic paste, mix all spice powder, yogurt, fennel seeds and fry.
Now add chicken stock and boil.
Add rice, when dries the water. In separate pan heat butter add corn and fry.
Add in rice.
In the end, add finely chopped capsicum and let it simmer for few minutes.
Corn pulao is ready.


  • Mutton 750 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion ½ cup
  • Mix all spice 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter ¾ cup
  • Almonds (soaked & peeled) ½ cup
  • Screw pine essence 3-4 drops
  • Ginger finely chopped 2 tbsp


Mix all ingredients except almonds and onion. Add 1 cup of water cook. When it tender add fried onion, all spice powder and mace, nutmeg cook for 10 minute. Dish out garnish with almonds. Serve with sheermal.
