Ingredients:

  • Puff Pastry as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Onions chopped ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green peas 1cup
  • Cheese shredded 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ¼ tsp
  • green chilies (finely chopped) 2-3
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves finely chopped 4-5
  • Nigella seed for garnishing
  • Water for garnishing

METHOD:
For the filling:
In a cooking pan heat oil and once hot add the cumin seeds. Once they splutter add the onions and saute until soft and translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute Add the green peas, salt and pepper cook for 3-5 mins stirring occasionally till peas are soft, then add all spices – coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, dry , garam masala and mix well.Then add the green chillies, paneer, mint and chaat masala and give it a good mix and take it off heat and allow to cool completely. For making the trianglesPreheat the oven, and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Roll the pastry sheet into a 12-inch square. Place 1-2 tablespoon paneer peas mixture in the lower half of the triangle. Brush the edges of the pastry with the waterFold the pastry over the filling to form triangles. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.Place onto the lined baking sheet.Brush with oil and then sprinkle some white nigella seeds on top. Press slightly to ensure they stick.Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ice cubes 1 cup
  • Whole milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Chilled water 1 cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.

  • Chicken 500 gm
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tsp
  • Cooking oil 2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup

Method :
Add chicken, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, and green chili paste in a bowl, then mix it well and rest for the 15-20 minutes. Then fry ginger garlic paste in a pan by adding cooking oil & butter, salt, gram flour. Then add marinated chicken in this pan & cook it for 5-8 minutes Pin up the marinated chicken at wooden sticks. Spread the cheddar cheese. It’stime to oven bake for 5-6 minutes
