Ingredients:

Eggs 4
Bread slices 6 – 8
Coconut Milk 1 cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Butter 2 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Desiccated Coconut 1 tbsp
Pineapple chunks ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Cherries for garnish

Method:
Milk, coconut milk and eggs beat together.
Add pineapple chunks, sugar, vanilla essence and butter mix well all together.
Make small chunks of bread and lay on dish, Pour egg mixture on it and set aside.
Bake in preheated oven on 190 c for 25 minutes or until it becomes golden in color.
Garnish with cream cheese.

Ingredients:

Chicken Boneless 750 gram
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cayenne red chili 1 tbsp
Tomatos puree 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Whole ground spices 1 tsp
Almonds (Grounded) 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Chaat masala 1 ½ tsp
Coal as required
Onion rings for garnish
Lemon slice for garnish
Wooden sticks as required

Method:
Marinate chicken with all the spices for about 4 to 5 hours.
Put marinated Chicken into the Skewers and cook.
Now put hot coal on to Chicken and cover for few minutes.
Garnish with onion rings and lemon slices.

Sugar ½ cup
Ice as required
Rose water 1tbsp
Rose petals 10-12

Method:
Blecd all the ingredients serve chilled
