  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Green onions (chopped) 6
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 3
  • Chicken stock ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Rice (boiled) for serve


In a bowl marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper for about 20 minutes. Then heat oil in a wok add green onion white part and chicken. Saute well. Once it half done add water, soy sauce and onion. Saute well. Now add sliced tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add chicken stock, salt and black pepper. In the end garnish with green onion and fresh coriander. Serve with boiled rice.


  • Sweet pumpkin ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp


In a wok heat oil add cumin, bay leaf, chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook well. Once the tomatoes become soft add pumpkin along with a little water. Cook well. Once the pumpkin becomes tender add green chilies and lemon juice. Serve hot.
