Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd 4
  • Beef mince 500gm
  • Oil as required
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • GRAVY
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Coriander chopped for garnish

METHOD:
Peel bitter gourd from center and remove seeds. Apply salt on bitter gourd for 15 minute and wash with water. Heat oil fry the onion golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and minced fry well. Add all spices cook well. Add water leave for simmer. When meat is done and dry out then pour in bitter gourd and tie with bitter gourd and shallow fry. For gravy, heat oil add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add tomato puree and all dry spices cook well. Add water and fried bitter gourd leave for simmer. When it done garnish with green coriander, serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 500 gm
  • Eggplant 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8 to 10
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Coriander chopped as required
  • Coal for smoke

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion fry well. Add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add curry leaves, fennel and fenugreek cook well. Add bringle potatoes cook well. Add all spices cook for 1 minute. Add tamarind pulp, tomato purees and little water leave for simmer. When potatoes is done add green chilies. Give a smoke of coal. Garnish with green coriander.

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8 to 10
  • Red chili whole 8 to 10
  • White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion fry well. Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, whole red chilies and cumin cook well. Also add water and salt leave for simmer. When peas is done add rice cook till water at rice level. Give simmer for 10 to 15 minute.

  • Pasta boiled 1 cup
  • Potato boiled ½ cup
  • Carrot boiled ½ cup
  • Green pea boiled ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Salad leaves as required

METHOD:
In mixing bowl add all ingredient and pasta.
