Ingredients:

  • Beef minced 500 gm
  • Capsicum 3 -4
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Onion slices 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chili big julienne 2 to 3
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger julienned for garnish

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion fry till golden color comes. Add ginger garlic paste with beef fry well. Add all spices cook for 1 minute. Add yogurt and tomato puree mix well and cook for 2 minute. Keep capsicum and add minced leave for simmer. When they soft add lemon juice, chili and green coriander cook for 1 minute. Garnish with ginger, serve.

Ingredients:

  • Beef with bone 500 gm
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Green Tomato cubes 2 to 3
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Mint leaf chopped ½ bunch
  • Fresh coriander chopped ½ bunch
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

 

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter add onion cook till golden color comes. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies with beef, cook well. Add tomato, whole all spice and all spices cook well. Add water leave for simmer. When meat is done add ½ cup of yogurt and ½ bunch mint and chopped coriander. Cook till meat is done. When gravy is separate, serve hot.

  • Pasta boiled 1 cup
  • Chicken fillet 1 cup
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Pineapple chunks 8 to 10
  • Tomato cubes 1 medium

 

METHOD:
Heat oil add garlic fry well. Add chicken fry well. Add tomato ketchup and all spice cook well. Add boiled pasta, pineapples chunks, lemon juice and tomato cubes mix well and serve.
