Ingredients for mince:

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Red lentil 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 3 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted n crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Sindhi biryani masala 3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Brown onion ¾ cup
  • Coriander leaves 3-4 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 3 tbsp
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Potatoes fried 2

 

Method:

In a bowl mix together mince with a cup of whole masoor, marinate with ginger garlic paste, all the spices, yogurt, lemon juice, finely chopped tomatoes, brown onion, mix everything well, leave it for 30 mins. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, and the marinated mixture, fry for 5 mins, add ½ cup water, cook on high for 5 mins, then lower flame for 10 mins, add fried potatoes, coriander and mint, cook till almost dry, serve with boiled rice or karak pav.

Ingredients:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Butter or clarified butter ½ cup
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • Water 4 cups
  • Dried whole milk 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts coarsely chopped 1 tbsp

 

Ingredients for garnishing:

  • Almonds and pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Full cream milk powder ½ cup

 

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan, add cardamom and suji, fry on low flame, add cashew nuts, roast for 2 mins, in another sauce pan add water and sugar, cook till sugar dissolved, leave it on low flame for 10 mins, add raisins, pour prepared sugar syrup in the roasted suji mixture, cook it on low flame until the mixture become solid and ghee comes on top then add khoya, mix well, add full cream milk powder, switch off the flame, dish it out , garnish with nuts

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-½ tsp
  • Yogurt 1- ½ cup
  • Cashew nuts ground 15
  • Melon seeds 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds ground 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Cream ½ packets
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 cubes
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp

 

Method:

Marinate 1 kg Mutton with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt and lemon juice, marinate for 30 mins, blend together 2 onions, yogurt, cashew nuts, melon seeds, sesame seeds to a fine paste with 1 cup of milk. Heat oil, fry marinated Mutton till the color changes, remove and keep aside. In the same oil, add mixed whole spices and the prepared paste, fry for 5 mins, add salt, allspice, white pepper, kasuri methi, cook till Mutton is well done. Lastly add cream, mayonnaise, 2 cubes of cream cheese, cook for 5mins, add some chopped coriander, remove, give dum of coal, serve hot with nan or sheermaal.
