Ingredients:

  • Mutton mince ½ kg
  • Kidney fat 100 gm
  • Green chilies finely minced 6
  • Medium onion 2 chopped
  • Whole dried milk 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

 

Method:

Put all these together and chopperize once again, put on round thin seekh kabab skewers, press with your thumb and fingers to give marks, bbq brushing with melted butter.

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Barbeque masala 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-½ tsp
  • Green chilies ground 6
  • Yellow color 1/8 tsp
  • Papaya prepared 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp

 

Method:

Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients in a bowl and leave it for 3 hours, put on skewers and bbq.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Hung curd 3 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds ground 1 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek ground 1 tsp
  • Saffron ground ¼ tsp
  • Clarified butter for brushing

 

Method:

Marinate boties with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, put boties on skewers 1 inch apart, bbq over hot charcoal brushing with ghee, serve with salad.
