Ingredients for kabab :
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Potatoes 2
- Green peas ¾ cup
- Beef mince 1cup
- Salt, black pepper as required
- Mustard paste 1tsp
- Mayonnaise 1tbsp
Ingredients for coating:
Bread crumbs as required
Eggs 2
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all the kabab ingredients and give shape of kababs, now dip in beaten eggs and roll in crumbs then fry and serve .
Ingredients:
- White chickpeas 2cups
- Boil rice 3cups
- Pulao masala 2tbsp
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
- Chopped onion 1
- Yogurt 2tbsp
Ingredients for pulao:
- Cumin 1tbsp
- Cardamom 2
- Small cardamom 4-5
- White cumin 1tsp
- Carrot ½ cup
- Raisin 4tbsp
- Sugar 4tbsp
- Water ½ cup
Method:
Heat clarified butter , fry onions, now add pulao masala and yogurt then roast it , now add chickpeas and chicken stock , when it boils add rice and simmer, now add sugar syrup , to make sugar syrup in a pan add sugar cook till caramelize and add water , now fry carrot, raisin in clarified buttre , lastly dish our rice and sprinkle cardamom, cumin and serve .
Ingredients:
- Flour 2cups
- Plain flour 1cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Carom ½ tsp
- Oil 4tbsp
Ingredients for filling:
- Green chilies ground 1tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1tbsp
- Mango powder 1tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
Mix all the dough ingredients and kneed well , now roll the dough , add filling ingredients fry in warm oil and serve .
