Ingredients for Red Chutney:

  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Water 3-5 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed ½ tsp

Ingredients for Green Chutney:

  • Mint leaves ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves ¼ cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water as required

For Sweet Yogurt:

  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

For Punjabi Samosa Filling:

  • Boiled potato 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chili big chopped 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Minced Filling:

  • Beef mince boiled 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp


  • Flour 1 cup
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Water as required
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp

For Red Chutney:
Mix all ingredients in bowl

For Green Chutney:
Mix all ingredients in blender then blend with water.

For Sweet Yogurt:
Mix yogurt and sugar in bowl.

For Punjabi Samosa Filling:
Heat oil add onion and garlic fry well. Add all spices cook well. Add mased potatoes and lemon juice mix well.

For Minced Filling:
Boil minced with garlic paste. Add onion and all spices mix well.

Manda Patti:
Make different shapes of samosa with manda patthi and samosa dough and fry in hot oil.

For Samosa Dough:
Mix water, clarified butter, flour and all ingredients to form knead.



  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp

For Gravy:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Almond paste 4- 5 tbsp
  • Cream 4- 5 tbsp
  • Fenugreek ½ tsp
  • Ginger julienned for garnish
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

Marinate chicken with salt, chili and garlic paste and keep in fridge for 2 hour. For gravy heat oil add whole all spice fry well. Add chicken cook well then add little amount of water leave for simmer. Add onion paste, yogurt, chicken powder and almond paste cook till gravy becomes thick. Add cream cook till oil and gravy separate from them. Add fenugreek, ginger and green coriander, serve.


  • Vanilla sponge 2 lbs
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Walnuts 5-6 tbsp
  • Whippy whipped cream 2 cups

Cut vanilla sponge into 3 layers. Sprinkle milk on one layer. Add walnut and apply second layer on it. again sprinkle milk then add walnut. Add third layer of sponge icing with cream. Pour cream in piping bag make border of cake. Make cross line on the center add walnut serve.
