Ingredients

  • Basmati rice soaked ½ kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken boneless 600 gm
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Carrot julienne ½ cup
  • Cabbage julienne 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 ½ tsp
  • Green onion julienne ½ cup
  • Green chilies julienne 4
  • Capsicum julienne 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Boiled noodles 200 grams

METHOD
Boil rice, keep aside. In another bowl add eggs, salt and pepper 1 tsp. Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and cook it. In another pan add oil 1 tbsp with ginger garlic paste, cook for 2 mins, add chicken, cook for 10 mins. Now add dry seasonings, 1 cup water, cook for 5 mins. In another pan, add ¼ cup oil with ginger garlic paste, vegetables, seasonings with salt, black pepper, soya sauce, capsicum, tomato, cook for 2 mins, add boiled noodles, mix well, now add eggs and rice, mix everything together, garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.
