Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken chopped 300 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Parsley 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Green chili sauce 4 tbsp
- Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 3 tbsp
- Any shape pasta raw 2 cups
- Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Cream 1Cup
- Ingredients for white sauce
- Butter 4 ounce
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
- Method for sauce
- Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan, cook stirring till thick.
Method:
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, all the seasonings with chicken cubes, cook till chicken tender, add all the sauces with ½ cup water, remove and keep aside. Now in a big pan mix together the boiled pasta, the prepared white sauce and chicken, mix well, add cheese, and cream 1 cup if light, cook for another 5 mins, serve piping hot with garlic bread on the sides.

- Chicken cut into 4 piece 1kg
- Yogurt 1cup
- Ginger garlic powder 1tsp each
- Soy sauce 3tbsp
- Chili sauce 3tbsp
- Chicken powder 1tbsp
- Chat masala 1tbsp
- Coriander powder 2tsp
- Red pepper crushed 3tsp
- Charcoal For simmer
Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt ginger garlic powder , soy sauce Mix all masala leave chicken over night , now steam half and hour give simmer with coal and serve .
