  • Bow pasta (boiled) 2 cups
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Egg whites (boiled and chopped) 2
  • Black olives 10-12
  • Tomato (cubes) 1
  • Capsicum (cubes) 1
  • Sweet corn 3 tbsp
  • Chicken tikka chunks (chopped) ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese (cubes) 4 ounce
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic ½ tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salad leaves as required



In a bowl mix all together, boiled pasta, sweet corn, boiled and chopped egg whites, black olives, tomato, capsicum, chicken tikka chunks, cheddar cheese, crushed red chili, salt, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and sugar, mix all well. Serve over a bed of salad leaves.


  • Chicken (Julienne) 3 cups
  • Onion (coarsely chopped) 1 cup
  • Capsicum (cubes) 1
  • Tomato (seeds removed and cut in cubes) 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Basil leaves ½ tsp
  • Sour cream ½ cup
  • Salsa ½ cup
  • Cheese slices as required
  • Bread slices 6
  • Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Butter as required



Marinate chicken with salt, crushed red pepper, black pepper, paprika, oregano, basil, cumin, chicken powder and lemon juice. Heat ¼ cup oil, pan fry chicken for 10 mins till done, add in veggies, toss and remove.



Take 2 bread slices, grill on grill pan with little butter and remove. Put filling, sour cream, cheese slices, salsa, cover with second slice, fix with toothpick, cut into halves and serve.


  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Crushed ginger 1 tsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Spring onion (chopped) 2
  • Carrot (julienne) ½ cup
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Basil leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Thai red curry paste 3 tbsp
  • Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder a pinch
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut cream 1 tin
  • Rice noodles (soaked) ½ packet
  • Oil as required



Heat ¼ cup oil, add chicken, fry for 2 mins, add crushed ginger, sliced onion, fry for 2 mins, add carrot julienne, lemon juice, spring onion, basil leaves, ½ cup water and thai red curry paste, fry well, add in sambal oleak, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, pinch of turmeric, siracha sauce, chicken powder, coconut cream, if required add salt. Soak rice noodles for 30 mins.


Pour half the curry in a serving bowl, then the noodles, keep layering till all done and serve.
