Add salt, pepper and the cooked noodles to the prepared sauce and toss well to coat the noodles.

Ingredients:

  • Apples grated 2
  • Clarified butter 1 ½ tbsp
  • Caster sugar ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon powder ⅛ tsp
  • cardamom powder ¼ tsp
  • nutmeg ¼tsp
  • Sliced almonds to garnish

Method :
In a pan heat ghee. Once hot, add the apples. Cook the apples till all the water is evaporated. Now add sugar and mix. Also add cinnamon powder, nutmeg and cardamom powder. As the sugar melts, the halwa will again become liquid. Cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously till all water evaporates. Garnish with sliced almonds and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Garlic, chopped 6 cloves
  • Thai red chilies chopped 10
  • Rice vinegar ¼ cup
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Sesame oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :
Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth paste. Adjust the salt and vinegar to suit your taste. The vinegar and salt act a preservative.
