Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 250 gm
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon stick 1-2
  • Green cardamoms 2-3
  • Corn flour as required
  • Water 1 liter

 

Method:
Wash chicken well, add it in pan with water and all the spices in it, cook well. Now sieve stock put in another pan. Add shredded pieces of chicken in stock in the end add corn flour in stock and cook until the mixture gets thick. Serve.

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Ebony ½ kg
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies as required
  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Boil the water along with ebony until the water gets 2-3 boils. Then remove the water. Now in a wok heat oil add onions, beef mince, tomatoes, ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and all spice powder. Cook well. Then add 2 cups of water and cook until the beef mince is cooked. Now add boiled ebony and cook for another 10 minutes. Dish out and serve hot.

  • Bottle gourd ½ kg
  • Bengal spilt gram (boiled) 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies (whole) 6
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies as required
  • Fresh coriander as required

 

Method:
Cut bottle gourd and fry in the hot oil. Remove. Then in the remaining oil add ginger garlic, whole red chilies and cumin seeds. Fry well. Now add onion and fry it well. Then add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook well. Add bottle gourd and boiled Bengal spilt gram. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Lastly add all spice powder, green chilies, fresh coriander and ginger. Serve hot.
