  • Potatoes boiled                   ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste              1 tbsp
  • Green chilies                        3
  • Coriander leaves                  ¼ bunch
  • Thick yogurt                         250 gm
  • Cumin powder                     1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder               ¼ tsp
  • All spice powder                  1 tsp
  • Turmeric                               1 tbsp
  • Chili powder                         1 tbsp
  • Salt                                        to taste
  • Oil                                          4 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil                      as required


  1. Add yogurt, green chilies, coriander, ginger garlic paste with cumin
  2. Add cinnamon, all spice powder, turmeric, red chili powder, oil and salt together.
  3. Cut each potato into four equal parts and put them in marination masala.
  4. Put each piece of potato on the aluminum foil and put it in grill and roast on the top of the coal.
  5. Remove from the foil and serve.
