  • Boiled beef mince ½ kg
  • Boiled beef ½ kg
  • Boiled rice 750 grams
  • Biryani masala 1 packet
  • Fry potatoes ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Fried onions 2 cups
  • Yogurt ½ kg
  • Lemon slices 4
  • Green coriander and mint 4
  • Green chilies, tomato as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Food color as required
  • Biryani essence as required

In a blender add onion and yogurt blend .now heat oil add yogurt mixture and biryani masala t roast .after this masala divided the 2 portion .now one portion add the boiled beef mix and the second mixture add mince and the third mixture add potato ,egg and all remaining ingredients then leave on dum and serve .


  • Beef boti ½ kg
  • Split Bengal gram ½ cup
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Potato 1
  • Allspice powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Whole kashmiri red chilies 2 chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Mint leaves chopped ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg as required
  • Bread crumbs as required



Put beef botties in a pressure cooker with chana daal, chopped onion, green chilies, potato, allspice powder, haldi, ginger garlic paste, chopped red kashmiri chili, salt and 1 cup water, pressure cook on high for 5 mins, cook on low heat for 15 mins, remove when beef tender and mixture dry, cool and grind finely. Now add in chopped coriander, mint, 2 tbsp lemon juice, chopped green chili, make round flat kababs, coat with bread crumbs, dip in eggs, shallow fry till golden.


  • Vermicelli ¾ cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Green Cardamom 1 tsp
  • Saffron Threads 1 pinch
  • Chopped Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Pistachios 2 tbsp

Break Vermicelli finely with hand and roast in pan on low flame.
Add milk bring to boil and cook on low flame.
Add sugar and green cardamom cook on low flame till vermicelli soft and thick.
Add saffron threads remove from stoke.
Dish out in a bowl. Garnish with chopped almonds and chopped pistachios cool and serve.
