  • Chicken thigh 200gm
  • Japanese curry 30gm
  • Marble potatoes 40gm
  • Carrot 40gm
  • Garlic 10gm
  • Onion 10gm
  • Ginger 10gm
  • Coconut milk 6 tbsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Flour as required
  • Bread crumbs as required

1. Debone chicken thigh and lightly flatten it with a tenderizer
2. Add salt and pepper for flavor
3. Coat the chicken thigh in flour and then dip it in the beaten egg
4. Dredge it in panko japanese bread crumbs
5. Deep fry

Kare Sauce Method:

1. Saute ginger, garlic and onion
2. Add japanese curry
3. Pour in coconut milk and cream
4. Season to taste


  • Beef tenderloin 250 gm
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • Sesame seeds as required

Ingredients for Teriyaki sauce:

  • Soy sauce 5 cups
  • Apple juice 4 cups
  • Water 2 cups
  • White sugar 1 cup
  • Corn starch 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 300 gm
  • Onion 300 gm
  • Garlic 300 gm


Method for teriyaki sauce :
1. In a pot, mix all the liquid ingredients (soy sauce, apple juice and water) as well as ginger, onion and garlic. Bring to a boil on medium-fire for about an hour.
2. Transfer the mixture to another pot but use a strainer to get rid of the ginger, onion and garlic residue.
3. Add sugar and let it boil once again for 15 minutes
4. Dissolve the corn flour and pour it gradually in the mixture while continuously stirring it

Method for beef teriyaki:
1. Slice the beef tenderloin and flatten it with a tenderizer
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Start grilling
4. Brush the beef with teriyaki sauce while grilling.

  • Sesame seeds as required
  • Bamboo skewers as required

Ingredients garlic rice:

  • Steamed rice 200 gm
  • Garlic 1
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion spring 10 gm


Method for yaki tori :
1. Debone chicken thigh and then cut into cubes
2. Skewer the cubed chicken alternating it with onions
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Start grilling while continuously brushing it with teriyaki sauce

Method for garlic rice :
1. Peel garlic and chop it finely
2. Heat oil and then add the garlic
3. Add in the steamed rice when garlic turns golden brown
4. Put the soy sauce, salt, pepper and butter one at a time
5. Mix thoroughly
